• Enquiry information — when you submit a product enquiry, we store your name, phone number, optional email, and any message you write, along with which product you enquired about.
• Guest enquiries — if you submit an enquiry without an account, we still store the same details, but they are not linked to any account unless you later sign up with the same details.
• We do not collect payment information — this website does not process online payments or orders.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your product enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• To maintain your account and show you your own enquiry history.
• To operate and improve the website (e.g. fixing bugs, understanding usage).
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. WhatsApp, calling, and external links

WhatsApp and call buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your phone's dialer directly — any conversation you have there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. This site also links to external services such as Instagram and Google Maps; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

4. Instagram content

Reels shown on this site are pulled from our official Instagram account via Meta's API. Viewing a reel here does not create an Instagram account or follow relationship — the "View on Instagram" link takes you to Instagram directly, where Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

5. Data storage and security

Account and enquiry data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, using industry-standard security practices including row-level access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices

• You can view your own enquiries under "My Enquiries" if you have an account.
• You can request that we delete your account or enquiry data by contacting us (details below).
• You can stop using the site at any time; guest enquiries already submitted remain on record for our business purposes unless deletion is requested.

7. Children

This website is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website's features change. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
