• Submitting a product enquiry does not create an order or any obligation to purchase — it is a request for us to contact you with more information.

• Guest enquiries are tracked using an Enquiry ID; account holders can view their enquiry history under "My Enquiries".

5. WhatsApp, calls, and third-party links

WhatsApp and call buttons take you outside this website to WhatsApp or your phone's dialer. Instagram reels and Google Maps/Business links take you to third-party platforms we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those external services.

Reels displayed on this site are sourced from our official Instagram account via Meta's API for display purposes only. Ownership and rights to that content remain with Singla Electricals / Instagram as applicable.
